9:15: Shake with:
- 1/2 apple (with skin)
- 1/2 pear (with skin)
- 5 cm cut of a cucumber (with 1/2 skin)
- a handful of spinach
- a small hand of frozen raspberry
- 1/4 lime
- 1 tsp of each of these: sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, hemp protein (Iswari), macaccino (Iswari), grape seed oil
11:00 - Strawberry gelly, a few nuts, 1 kiwi
13:15 - Homemade soup (without potatoes); had to rush during lunchtime to do some stuff outside of the office; I'll eat the rest of the lunch later!...
14:40 - Rest of the lunch:
- salad with lettuce, cucumber, grapes, roasted pork, cherry potatoes, laminated almonds, goji berries, celery sticks (PT: aipo)
- a small sweet potato/ yam
16:00 - 1 little piece of black chocolate (70%) with cranberry flavour
16:15 - 10 almonds + 2 walnut halves + 1 slice of melon
19:00 - Feeling Hungry!!! 1 Boiled egg + a few goji berries
20:00 - Watercress (PT: Agrião) Soup: Purée of pumpkin, carrot, leek (PT: alho francês), cabbage, courgette + add Watercress
21:00 - 1 slice of Salmon + guacamole (avocado + tomato + coriander (PT: coentros) + plenty of lime juice + salt. Note: didn't add onion just because right now I am not allowed to eat it)
On second thought, I think the guacamole might turn out to be a good dressing for the salmon, so let's do it:
24:00 - a few nuts (5) + 1 square black chocolate with cranberry (my favourite!!!) + small piece of non-lactose cheese
