Menu: 23/10/2013


8:20 - Big bowl of water (mix of hot + cold) + drops of lemon

9:00 - Smoothie with:
  • Small banana
  • 1/2 Apple
  • Cucumber (5 cm)
  • Spinach (small bowl)
  • Raspberries (small handful)
  • Ginger (small piece)
  • 1/4 lime
  • 1 tbsp of each of: Macaccino (Iswari), Hemp protein, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, grape seed oil
10:40 - Hungry!! 1 Boiled egg + nuts

12:00 - 1 Apple

13:30 - GYM CLASS (MIB - Made in Brazil)

15:00 – Same as yesterday: Roasted duck + steamed spinach + boiled beetroot. But since I got hungry yesterday, today I also had watercress soup.

17:00 – 4 roasted chestnuts + 1/2 clementine

17:50 - 1 orange gelly + 1 slice of melon

20:30 - Grilled salmon + scrambled egg a few mushrooms and courgette
+ Spinach soup
