9:00 - smoothie with:
- Apple
- 1/2 avocado
- 5 cm cucumber
- 1 handful of raspberries + blueberries
- 1/4 lime
- A little bit of fresh ginger (1 cm)
- 2 brazilian nuts
- 2 walnut halves
- A sprinkle of cinnamon
- Water
10:30 - boiled egg + a few nuts
13:00 - spinach soup
13:30 - grilled turkey steak + boiled cabbage seasoned with olive oil
