Menu: 26/10/2013

9:45- Mix hot and cold water + a few drops of lemon juice

9:50 - Smoothie with:
  • Açaí + guaraná
  • berries: raspberries and blueberries
  • 2 tsp of hemp protein + 1 tsp of pumpkin seeds and sunflower seeds
  • 1 full Tsp of grated coconut
  • 1 cm fresh ginger
  • a few drops of lemon juice
  • Water

11:15 - 1/2 avocado with lemon + 1 boiled egg

14:30 - Hamburger with salad (at Hamburgueria do Bairro, Restelo, Portugal)
