- Açaí + guaraná
- berries: raspberries and blueberries
- 2 tsp of hemp protein + 1 tsp of pumpkin seeds and sunflower seeds
- 1 full Tsp of grated coconut
- 1 cm fresh ginger
- a few drops of lemon juice
- Water
14:30 - Hamburger with salad (at Hamburgueria do Bairro, Restelo, Portugal)
