9:00: Smoothie with:
- Banana
- Carrots (2 small or 1 normal)
- Cucumber (5 cm)
- Spinach (small bowl)
- Raspberries (small handful)
- Ginger (small piece)
- 1/4 lime
- 1 tbsp of each of: Macaccino (Iswari), Hemp protein, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, chia seeds, grape seed oil
11:00: Guacamole (picture below) + a few nuts
13:30: Duck breast + steamed spinach + boiled beetroot mixed with fresh coriander
16:00: Orange gelly + Apple + very small piece of banana + small piece of lactose-free cheese (these last 2 were extra, but I was feeling hungry!...)
18:00: Boiled egg + Nuts (almonds + other nuts) + Pear
21:00: Dinner:
- watercress soup from yesterday
- salad with lettuce, 2 cherry tomatoes and a can of mackerel (PT: cavala)
